When I decided to downsize and buy a condo I was interested in finding one in a 55+ community! I wanted a modern, open floor plan that was on one level, that had a beautiful view and also had a garage! I was able to find all of that at Martin's Landing! Mary Burbank's expertise was instrumental in guiding me through the whole process from beginning to end! I also met with Mary Pierce as well a couple of times and both were so helpful in helping choose the perfect unit!
