  Where to begin.. -As others have stated. The staff in the office is very friendly when their getting you to sign the lease and get into the building. Afterwards she turns into a snob, no manors, always seems disturbed by you stepping into the office over anything. -The trash chute and recycling chute get clogged all the time for days, the chutes smell, then trash piles up in the room and they threaten to charge tenants for leaving it in there. So I should leave the trash in my apartment for it to smell instead? -They use about 15 to 20 trash barrels and 2 dumpsters and they put them outside for trash day and then all the trash blows all over the parking lot and looks terrible -certain tenants just open their car door and leave it right on the ground in the parking lot ( do better people you live here, that's embarrassing behavior for an adult ) -certain tenants also just leave there trash in the hallway, I've seen styrofoam take-out containers just right outside the elevator door ( again absolutely embarrassing behavior for an adult and you supposedly live here ) -The parking lot floods to an extreme degree when it rains, and when it totals your vehicle it's your problem and responsibility and not the apartment buildings -there's an on-site business for pet sitting, you'd think this would be a great amenity except for the fact it's not for residents only and it's open to the Public, as well as the fact during the day sometimes you'll hear nothing but 20+ dogs barking if you want to have your windows or slider open -other tenants allow their dogs to poo outside and they don't pick it up so it tracks all over the parking lot and inside the building -the elevators were out of certification for over half a year which is a violation, and to this day they still shake and make noise, which is not normal. Not sure how you guys got the inspector to pass these units -seems like every single apartments keys are cut wrong because I feel like I'm breaking into my apartment everytime, I've even had to help my neighbors kids unlock their own door -the hvac system for my apartment seems to never ever shut off, even in the off position, replaced thermostat, replaced batteries. Never shuts off, so that runs up my electricity bill I'm sure -ontop of that north attleboro electric is absurdly expensive with their " delivery charge " and " That charge. This charge " so my 60$ bill turns into over 200 after their done " delivering " me my electricity haha -here's the best one for me that makes my experience different from other residents. Came home from work one day, went to take a shower, turned the light on, booooom. The fairies and sparks came out of the light in my bathroom and blew it up. The bathroom in the unit above me is leaking into my unit and water got into the light, we're all pretty lucky the place didn't go up in flames. And I don't blame maintenance for the way they handle things because I know they can only do so much. But with the amount of water that is in my ceiling, we're talking mooold. The water and staining was lightly cleaned, then the ceiling was spackled and painted... the wet insulation, wood, and sheet rock all should have been removed and replaced or dried in some manor. Not seal right back up in my hot moist bathroom for the perfect environment for mold to grow. Well it gets better. The leak persisted and started leaking through again. It has now been around 4 months that I've had no light in my bathroom and 2 big holes. I'm leaving this here in the event in the future this place does get mold, here's the true story of how the property manager didn't do her job and caused all of it. Incompetence if you ask me. I do have pictures. I will attempt to add them.

  Travis and Frank did an amazing job per usual. Super quick with responding to our work order request and always leaves us satisfied as residents of 21 East.

  This hands down is the worst place I have ever applied!!!! Stephanie was very snobby to me and my husband she never returned our phone calls I am disabled and have a case worker she also was leaving several messages with no return call. My husband and I both had our identity stolen we had proof but we were still denied. I am a voucher holder I spoke to an attorney what they did was against the law. I will be suing them hopefully they won't do this to other people
