  The teamwork between Heather and Mary was absolutely flawless from the moment we began working with them to find our home. They were instrumental in negotiating a fair and honest price and guided us through every step of the home-buying process. Their support from inspection through closing was incredible—providing recommendations for trusted companies, arranging inspections, and securing appointments with specialists such as roofers, plumbers, and HVAC professionals, and handling details we didn’t even know to worry about. We feel truly welcomed to Marblehead because of such a positive experience. My husband and I would most certainly recommend their services—hands down!
