- CEChristine ElieApr 5, 20261.0They don’t fix anything. Raise rent every time you renew lease by $300 whether it’s a 9-month lease or 12-month lease. Stolen packages. Vandalism on cars. Management changes less than yearly. Rented mirror apt across hall from me for 2300 but offered me to renew my lease at 3300/mo.

I saw a unit I liked online and called and spoke with the property manager Sarsita. She was able to get me in for a tour the same week! The unit I wanted was not ready yet and Sarsita and the maintenance man Pedro went above and beyond to make sure my unit was ready the day I needed. I greatly appreciate all of their hard work and am loving living here so far!
