  Went to visit a friend there’s no signs posted anywhere that u need a permit to park so they had my car told cost me $180 Also I was parked in handicap with plaque displayed they told me u have to have a sticker to park in handicap overnight

  Horrible laundry room has been closed for more than 3 years and another one they have only 2 washers working no updates about anything when asked they say it’s closed use another laundry room this is so unacceptable

  Terrible place to live. Find somewhere else to live if you can. Management never answer the phone and when you put in a maintenance request maintenance will wait until you are not home and ask to enter.

  I’m been trying to get an apartment there for almost 3 years , I belive is beautiful the community look safe than where I live now, so please whoever in this comments bellow don’t want or don’t like the apartment and want to get out I would kindly ask to see my name and leave me the apartment asking that to the lease manager ,my kids and I are in a very need. On the mouse problem not problem cats and tramps can give me the solution ,noise neighbors I work two jobs to support my kids as single parent so no bother I won’t even see them of that thin wall problems. Is a Lowe’s down the street in Dedham so I could fix the holes , please whom is complaining and want to leave please please grab my name and tell the lease office manager that you want to leave me your apartment I would apreciated for eternity Thanks 🙏 and many blessings

  These homes look good on the outside but inside they are terriable. I moved in in Feb20017 since I moved here there has been a mouse problem witch I called the management about several times and we in sept and this is still a problem nothing has changed ecologic comes out to the apt for nothing. Second there was an accident where the neighbor hood childern were throwing rocks at my 7,4 when I went outside to talk to a parent there were no kids to be found next thing I know security is at my door claiming my company went outside threading kids my company never left my house but when security ask to speak to him I told him to come outside cause I knew nothing happened all of a sudden the security became hostile with him and started to touch him at this point I asked my company to get in his car and leave next thing I know I'm getting a letter of tenancy termination because of this
