I recently moved to Highlands at Hudson and am pleasantly surprised. I was able to get a reasonable price for an apartment I love in a great environment. Pushed back in the woods away from the noise and traffic but very close to 495 and amazing stores like Market Basket and restaurants like Rail Trail flat bread. The staff is super friendly and accommodating. Heath from the leasing office has been a great point of contact and made my move in super easy. Sean the property manager helped me with some difficult questions I had. Dan and Cristian in Maintenance are very attentive and always have a smile. I saw the property instagram page and all the events they did last year and I can’t wait to see what Heath comes up with this year. Thanks everyone! Very happy so far!

We just recently moved to the Highlands at Hudson and our experience has been amazing so far! Heath was incredibly helpful during the application process and answering any questions since we moved in. Daniel with the maintenance team has also been super helpful getting any work orders taken care of. We love the walkable areas on the property for our dog and how quiet the community is!

Overall, my experience at Highland of Hudson Apartments was mostly positive, with a few practical drawbacks that are worth noting. Heath, the Assistant Property Manager, was truly excellent. He is kind, knowledgeable, and very supportive, and he was especially helpful during our transition. His professionalism and willingness to explain things clearly made a stressful process much easier. Daniel from the maintenance team is an outstanding team player and an absolute asset to this company. Very reliable, responsive, and consistently professional. Sean, the Property Manager, was not bad overall, though his approach could feel a bit pushy at times, particularly regarding the intent-to-vacate process. While documentation is important, the persistence around specific forms was somewhat frustrating. That said, he was not unprofessional, just more rigid than necessary. From a living-experience standpoint, I’m not sure if this is standard for luxury apartments, but having no utilities included felt impractical. Paying separately for both water and sewer added up quickly, and we ended up paying significantly more for water than some direct homeowners in the county, which was surprising. On the positive side, the property itself is beautiful. The landscaping is well maintained, parking is plentiful, and the opportunity to have pets is a huge plus. One small improvement I would suggest is upgrading the washer/dryer size in the one-bedroom units to match the larger machines found in the two-bedroom apartments. Overall, the community has many strengths, and employees like Heath and Daniel truly elevate the experience. With a few practical adjustments, it could be even better.

I love living at the Highlands! It is tucked away in the woods so there is a lot of privacy and great landscape but it's still close to so many great stores and restaurants. The apartments are reasonably priced and much cheaper than their competitors. Every complex has it's issues but the staff here is great and takes care of everything as soon as possible. I am pretty sure Dan in maintenance knows the name of every single tenant! There are lots of fun activities, events and even charity drives thanks to Heath in leasing. We even had a giant troll in the lobby for Halloween and a working R2D2 promoting the Toys for Tots drive! The manager Sean always has a recommendation for a great food spot in the area. They definitely help make the place feel like more of a community, not just a place to live. Definitely worth checking out!
