  My dad recently decided to sell our family home of 60 years. I contacted Alice and within hours she had begun the process to have the home ready to be listed. Within 1 day of the home hitting the market we had an agreement in place with a buyer. Alice continued to make sure all of the boxes were checked for the closing and nothing was left to being done at the last minute. She had vendors readily available to help with title V, to emptying the house, a closing attorney which were all very competent in completing their tasks. Alice and her team did a fantastic job selling our family home, I could go on forever talking about how seamless and great the experience was.

  We were fortunate to have Alice Pierce as our realtor for our corporation relocation. We weren’t familiar with the area, and Alice was great with helping us find the perfect location and a fabulous home!
