- RMRebecca McKeeJun 26, 20205.0The Mill House Apartments are a great place to live! I lived there for about a year and was very happy with the experience. I always felt safe and comfortable in and around the building, and the apartments are spacious. All of the residents are polite and quiet, and we never had issues with noisy neighbors or package thieves. The complex also has fun weekly (and free) community events for the residents, including bringing in a small farmer's market to the courtyard in the summer and fall. The office staff are also wonderful, and on the few occasions we needed maintenance, they arrived within 24 hours and solved the problem with no issues. During the COVID-19 pandemic, the office also did a great job of keeping its residents safe by providing resources and hand sanitizer, regularly disinfecting the building, and temporarily closing community gathering spaces. The only minor annoyance I ever experienced with the Mill House Apartments was the air conditioning being turned on a little late in the season, and even then it was only one or two weeks of discomfort before the A/C was switched over and we had access to all the cooling we could want. In short: the Mill House Apartments take great care of their residents, and I would highly recommend this complex to anyone looking for a safe, quiet, and comfortable place to live in the area!

- PDPeter DavisAug 1, 20184.0MillHouse Apartments is a nice quiet place/convienant to uptown hippie -mart( Greenfield’s Market Co/op) with it’s cafe/bookshoppe/pharmacy etc all walking distance/especially suited to elderly/disabled.Privacy is a main forte/but the ole biddies “ Coffee With Cops Club/Crime Watch Community enables harassment of disabled demographic/which should not be encouraged/in the name of quiet enjoyment..!!
