  Julian went above and beyond to assist us in finding our apartment home. Will all his efforts and knowledge of the property, Julian made this property feel like a home to us. Julian deserves a 19* review as he is knowledge of the property and the current units available. Such an asset to the company this man deserves a raise!!!!

  Would not recommend living here. Management is extremely unresponsive and unprofessional. Important concerns are ignored, and communication is either last-minute or nonexistent. There is also an ongoing roach issue in the building. I’ve personally dealt with them in my unit and have seen them in common areas like hallways, and other residents have reported the same. Don’t be naive like I was and disregard the roach-related reviews — they are true. Most recently, they attempted to enter my unit without proper notice, despite me clearly stating my availability due to work and having a dog. Then tried to enforce a $100 “non-compliance” fee that is nowhere in my lease. Overall, this place lacks organization, accountability, and basic respect for tenants. For the amount of fees charged, the experience is not worth it. I expected much better from a property at this price point.
