  If you want to be charged up to 3,000/month with some of the cheapest material used, then this is your place. Did I mention you have to walk up to 3 blocks to take your trash out? Oh by the way, the dumpsters are in back of peoples apartments where you can’t open your windows from the smell. Let me also add, if you have an issue with a neighbor, be prepared for the property manager to do NOTHING! The property manager is known to take sides on neighbor disputes and not take reasonable action! Be prepared that brandywyne condones aggressive behavior from tenants! Save yourself the headache and move elsewhere. Just look at the review below me with a 1 star review with another person stating if your low income, your also treated unfairly! DO BETTER, BRANDYWYNE!

  This year the winter storms where horrible and Brandywyne Village did a great job shoveling and keeping everything clean and safe and there was alot of snow but what a good job cleaning up thank you all so much ….

  I wish I could escape this hell hole, If you’re in a HUD apartment you will notice very quickly how blatantly obvious their hate is towards you. They never fix anything, everything in this apartment is broken and falling apart, its been literal years and they keep coming to look at things and then do absolutely nothing! We also have been having problems with our neighbors for a year now, its 2:30 am and I have once again been kept awake from her screaming. I have busted my ass doing everything the office asked and have received nothing but the run around and push back. They claimed to have tried phoning the noisy neighbors, claim to have sent a formal letter and instructed us to phone the police, I have called the cops 4 times now and its done nothing! I’m having daily panic attacks, I’m so sleep deprived and my physical and mental health is on a rapid decline, i have sent them copies of the police reports, a letter from my doctor and my mothers doctor (I live with my elderly mother!) and I am sending along a note from my cats veterinarian too As the excessive constant noise is also affecting my poor animals, I have had to medicate them 4 times in 7 days, 4 freaking times due to panic attacks. I have been kept awake 4 times this week and I cannot go on suffering like this with zero help from the office. Its clear the discrimination we face because we are in a low income apartment, speak to people who live in the hud apartments and see how vastly different they get treated because I have unfortunately lived here for 33 years my parents longer than that I know all the older people on the property and most who are in low income apartments so I know its all the hud apt getting treated unfairly. Maybe something could get fixed in this apt provided they send someone who speaks English, he couldn't communicate with us at all left and nothing was fixed again. I even have the neighbors daughter who is the problem threatening to stab and k!ll us too and guess what the police and the office don’t care and haven’t done anything, now I can’t leave my apartment because I’m in fear for my own life! In my own apt scared for my safety, shes very violent and aggressive, this isn’t right we are being treated like this.

  La nueva administración no son cordiales y las basuras hay que caminas blokes para botarlas el parking no quieren dar permisos esto es un desorden ojalá la gente se quejen y hagan una campaña de protesta.The new administration is not cordial and the garbage has to walk blokes to throw it away the parking lot they don't want to give permits this is a mess I hope people complain and make a protest campaign.

  I applied for this place and had to put down a deposit of $500 with my roommate. However, we didn’t get the apartment because they raised the price by $700 each month compared to the original quote we were given. I told the leasing agent we would not be able to move forward with the place at this new price since we wouldn’t even qualify income wise and was told that we would therefore be given our deposit through a check in the mail by the end of May. We applied in early May. However, it is now close to mid June and still nothing. I’ve emailed, called several times, and still nothing. Every time I call, the leasing agent is “out today.” I don’t like being told we will be refunded our deposit for it to not happen. It’s different if they had said the refund was not possible.
