  Reggie Thomas is by far the best of several condo association managers that I have dealt with over the years. Always, he was personable, responsive, efficient and effective in answering my questions and concerns. I would certainly nominate him for the “All Star Manager Award”! His assistant, Shelly Kaner, was also friendly and responsive on the occasions I interacted with her.

  The team at Evergreen brought essential skills and expertise to managing our property through a difficult series of renovations and repairs.
