  We recently moved to the Preserve and everyone has been so welcoming and nice. We worked with Kaeleen throughout the application and move in process and she was unreal - very friendly, knowledgeable and kind and helped us throughout the entire process. Highly recommend living at the Preserve

  This will be our new home by tomorrow and we are thrilled to call it home! Our townhouse apartment is spacious and beautiful and just what our family has needed and wanted! The community itself is quiet and beautifully kept and the staff is super helpful.

  I have lived here 2 years and it's been an awesome experience. The community is great. Office managers Angie and Raychel are fantastic; very responsive and always a pleasure to communicate with!

  My husband and I have lived here for almost 6 years and we have had a great experience living here. The office staff is kind and accommodating, and our maintenance crew is always ready to jump in and help fix things whenever the need arises. They work so hard and are always zooming around in their golf carts! The amenities here (pool, gym, and clubhouse) are well worth it! You feel like you’re at a luxury resort everyday, especially in the summer when you can lounge by the beautiful pool!

  I’ve had a great experience living here. The property is always clean and well-maintained, and any maintenance requests are handled quickly and efficiently. The staff is friendly, responsive, and genuinely cares about residents. It feels very safe, which is a huge plus, and it’s a great place for both families and pet owners. Overall, a comfortable and well-managed community that I’d definitely recommend.
