  I was just visiting a friend that lives here and i have to say that this place is pretty nice. Seems like a safe neighborhood and a good place to raise a kid. My friend (that lives here) had nothing but good things to say about the office staff too. From what i hear, Angie and Raychel from the leasing office are very nice and extremely professional. In fact, i think i just saw them out in the cold picking up some dog poop and trash.. Somebody get these hard working ladies a raise because they are working hard out there in the cold lol.

  The team at The Preserve work hard to keep the complex running smoothly - Chris and George work tirelessly to keep all areas maintained while the three women who manage the complex, Angie, Rachel and Faith are always available to help with any situation! This is a large complex of 220 units, with a wide mix of people providing a lot of diversity! On top of all that - the location is great! If you need a rental in this area - worth checking out!

  I’ve had an excellent experience living here, and a big part of that is thanks to the team that keeps this community running so smoothly. Raychel (Community Management) – Raychel is always helpful and gives clear, practical guidance when it comes to lease renewals and community questions. She responds quickly, handles requests smoothly, and genuinely cares about making the resident experience positive. Angie (Community Management) – Angie is great to work with. She’s friendly, patient, and always willing to help when something comes up. She keeps the office welcoming and plays a big role in making day-to-day living here easy. George (Maintenance) – George is excellent. He’s reliable, skilled, and very efficient. He shows up quickly for maintenance requests, explains what he’s doing, and gets everything fixed right the first time. It’s always a positive interaction when he stops by. Overall, the team here sets a high standard. Their commitment to residents shows in everything they do, and it makes living here genuinely enjoyable. Highly recommend this community - and hats off to Greystar for attracting and keeping talented professionals!
