I moved in December someone died December 31st brought out in a body bag like 4 hours prior the cops were there left came back and was bringing a body bag out of building six then I asked the neighbor who's in building 6 underneath me do they know what happened and how the person died and they said no they didn't even know nothing about it but they know about a month ago someone died behind our building because they were obese but the housing people are trying to tell me nobody died there since 3 years ago and they're trying to make excuses for the ambulance and fire trucks and police to be there that I'll see a lot of fire trucks and stuff like that cuz it's a busy Community I've never seen a lot of any type of first responder traffic even when I lived in a place that had six buildings with 15 apartments in each one lots of red flags I wish I didn't sign the lease the week before I seen a picture of a post with needles on the ground and mold in the shower 5 months ago

I lived at this apartment complex from October 2024 to September 2025. These are older units, yet they charge rental prices comparable to much newer properties in Bedford, Burlington, and even Cambridge, which feels unjustified given the condition and amenities. Upon moving out, I received only $500 back from my $1,700 security deposit. The deductions included excessive cleaning fees for leaving behind a small shoe rack, a chair, a box, and some soap detergent. I was shocked by the charges and reached out for clarification, only to be told that I had been provided with a "Vacate Adjustment Notice" outlining expectations yet I never received any communication via email or phone. The management's handling of the situation was extremely unprofessional. When I spoke with the manager, Patty, she dismissed my concerns and said it was my responsibility to know the process. Charging such high fees for minimal cleaning feels like a scam. Overall, I would not recommend this property due to the outdated facilities, overpriced rent, and poor management practices especially regarding move-out procedures and deposit handling.

Near building 10 there is plenty of parking but the reason why there is plenty of parking is because there are so many yellow jackets in that area. It is unbelievable. I’ve talked to other people and it seems like they’re everywhere on the whole property. They have not done anything about it. I’ve explained to them that if a child wanderers around that area and they get stung, they will be held liable because I know yellow jackets hurt and they do not stop stinging.

THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE!! Mold, cockroaches. Worst management. Disgusting all around. Poop in the washers. Needles in the parking lot. Leaks everywhere. This place is horrible just stay away if you care about yourself and your family. Nothing is ever done. We have been here 5 years and have had 10 property managers and the newest one allowed for people to enter our apartment without informing us or anything for a non emergency. I have a little girl. It’s disturbing.
