    Worst experience ever. My wife and I were looking for an apartment and unfortunately we decided to apply here. During the first contact, the ladies in the office were very helpful, until I paid $750 to hold the apartment I chose. After that, I was supposed to receive an answer about whether my application was approved or denied. They also told me that if I was approved and did not respond within 24 hours, they would keep the $750 deposit. THE PROBLEM IS: my application was denied, and they still have my $750. It has now been almost two months since the denial and I am still waiting for my refund. When you call, no one answers. When I go to the office, Illana (I believe that’s her name) gives the same excuses every time, saying the financial office is in another state. She has written down my phone number three times and has never called me back. Today is the fifth time I’ve come here after being told the check would be ready yesterday (03/04) or today. Very disappointing experience. I would not recommend wasting your time applying here or renting from this company.

    Been living in coach house since 2019, it has been a very pleasant experience. Nice location, with gyms and pharmacies within walking distance. The buildings have plenty laundries and maintenance respond fast to requests. They provide poppy bags for the pets and ive yet to have a bad interaction with any neighbor.

    Wonderful Stay at Coach House, Chelmsford We’re very glad to have stayed at the Coach House on 40 Boston Road. The apartment is clean and equipped with all the necessary facilities for a comfortable stay. The neighborhood is peaceful, safe, and calm — perfect for relaxing after a busy day. We truly enjoyed the quiet atmosphere and the homely feeling of the place. It’s a lovely spot for anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and a pleasant environment in Chelmsford.

    I love living at Coach House because from day one, the staff made me feel at home [even though I moved from far away]. Everything I could want and more is within walking distance to my new apartment and I feel lucky every day to have found such a great place to call home! Also, I have never moved into an apartment before that was so professionally cleaned! They take great care of the facilities such as vacuuming the stairways [at least once a week], prompt snow removal, and if I ever need anything, the staff is always happy to greet me with a smile at the office next door. I would highly recommend this complex :)
