  I cannot say enough good things about my time at Park 77. Everyone from the leasing management team (Eli & Ben), to the building manager (Jorge), to the maintenance and onsite team (Carlos), is absolutely responsive, dedicated, professional, and kind. We loved our apartment too and the location of the building is at the heart of a true neighborhood (with the best small business in cambridge nearby - Lavash Bar & Grille, Q ballroom, La Saison Bakery, Hi-Rise Bakery, grocery stores right around the corner, and a huge park right across the street). We will truly cherish the memories we have created in this place, and will be sure to always visit :)

  There have been many apartments popping up around this area and they all look wonderful. Maintenance has been nice here. The large windows look great with all the natural light. Water, and gas included in the rent? Awesome! But, I'm giving a single star because how you can enjoy all of that with all the noise. Living in this one has been very stressful with all of the noise coming from above and below. Why do I have to feel more comfortable at work when your home should be your private place to relax. All of these apartments were quickly constructed with shortcuts, such as the thin floors. You can feel the floor shaking as you walk around your room, so I'm sure the people below can clearly hear every single step. If your neighbor has unusual hours then look forward to waking up in the middle of the night multiple times. Make a complaint? Nothing is going to change, because they would have to renovate all the floors of the building. So, come and enjoy this place if you don't mind stressing out. Otherwise, avoid!

  I’m going into my third year living in this beautiful building. Firstly, Jorge and the maintenance and cleaning team are knowledgeable, responsive, and professional. The building is very well kept, and the location is really unbeatable. It is across the street from Danehy Park, very short walk to the Fresh Pond walking loop, about 17 minute walk to the Alewife train station, 30-35 minute walk to Davis, Porter, and Harvard Squares. Behind the building you have Whole Foods, Trader Joe’s, CVS, Homegoods, CorePower Yoga, Kickboxing, etc, and through the front entrance you get the full neighborhood feel of Cambridge!
