  This is a fanstastic buidling. We worked with Ben the leasing manager and had such a good experience. My daughter was looking for a short term lease in Cambridge and Ben worked with us to tour and sign the unit in a day. The building is newer construction, clean, and located in a fantastic area near a shopping center and two parks. Any questions we had were answered immediately. The apartment is pretty quiet and we have had no issues with the unit, building, or parking. We felt extremely greatful to work with the staff. Ben was kind, honest, and knowledable. He helped us get a last minute mattress with bed frame. He went above and beyond to help us sign our lease. - Bill Singh

  Just moved in a couple of weeks ago. The neighborhood is great! The apartment itself is very nice. But the noises from upstairs is anxiety inducing. I’ve requested the property management to ask the upstairs neighbors to keep the noise down. But no change. The running. And jumping. The stomping…… it’s incessant. Do not move here if you value your sanity. Our entire apartment shakes non stop the entire day because of our inconsiderate upstairs neighbors (I don’t think the kid(s) has ever seen direct sunlight). We have already started looking elsewhere. It’s going to cost us. But this is not worth it at all. Do not make the mistake of moving to this building.

  There have been many apartments popping up around this area and they all look wonderful. Maintenance has been nice here. The large windows look great with all the natural light. Water, and gas included in the rent? Awesome! But, I'm giving a single star because how you can enjoy all of that with all the noise. Living in this one has been very stressful with all of the noise coming from above and below. Why do I have to feel more comfortable at work when your home should be your private place to relax. All of these apartments were quickly constructed with shortcuts, such as the thin floors. You can feel the floor shaking as you walk around your room, so I'm sure the people below can clearly hear every single step. If your neighbor has unusual hours then look forward to waking up in the middle of the night multiple times. Make a complaint? Nothing is going to change, because they would have to renovate all the floors of the building. So, come and enjoy this place if you don't mind stressing out. Otherwise, avoid!

  I’m going into my third year living in this beautiful building. Firstly, Jorge and the maintenance and cleaning team are knowledgeable, responsive, and professional. The building is very well kept, and the location is really unbeatable. It is across the street from Danehy Park, very short walk to the Fresh Pond walking loop, about 17 minute walk to the Alewife train station, 30-35 minute walk to Davis, Porter, and Harvard Squares. Behind the building you have Whole Foods, Trader Joe’s, CVS, Homegoods, CorePower Yoga, Kickboxing, etc, and through the front entrance you get the full neighborhood feel of Cambridge!

  Great for families with young kids! Enjoyed our stay at the property and would recommend: - Location: Close to parks & playgrounds (Danehy Park), groceries (Wholefoods), and public transportation (Red line) - Management: Very well managed; managers have been responsive to requests - Amenities: Nice gym, public space, easy access to parking, trash collection
