- TSTanja SSep 26, 20252.0We’ve only been living here for under 10 weeks, and the amount of problems has been overwhelming. First, we had no hot water for weeks. Then, a pipe burst on another floor, which left the only elevator in this 6-story building out of service for almost two weeks. On top of that, there’s a nonstop vibration and noise from the rooftop AC units, day and night. Now our own AC has stopped working completely. The worst part is how slow the service is and the lack of communication. While the location itself and the apartments are great, the experience of actually living here has been nothing short of frustrating. At this point, I would not recommend this building as a home.
