  I have lived here for two years and going on my third year. This place is quiet, and has everything you need to live within walking distance. Bus stop right in front of the building and T stop 0.6mi walk to connect you to the city.

  Terrible place to live! I still currently live there, but they are under investigation for repeat violations to my apt., namely entries without my consent, it happened four times, and the last time I gave dates for the tapes to be reviewed, and Jorge Mollogan refused! As soon as this investigation is over, I am suing them. They are totally incompetent

  I am an octogenarian and a retired international maternal and child health consultant and women's health advocate. Since moving to 603 three months ago I have found the beautiful, well appointed apartment and the unique location to significantly contribute to my physical and mental halth and overall quality of life. My cats, plants and I love basking in the morning sunlight that floods the apartment through the oversized windows. Now that the weather is a bit warmer, I have started having my morning tea on the balcony, facing the park. Since I no longer drive, the location affords me access to the Fresh Pond shopping mall and the Fresh Pond Reservoir with my walker, providing both physical activity and the opportunity to engage with both commerce and nature and I am minutes away from my health care providers' offices in Cambridge. I appreciate the security of codes to enter the building, secure package room, garage and individual apartments, all of which contribute to a sense of safety, and I never have to worry about forgetting or losing my keys. In my numerous interactions with the Property Manager and Database Administrator I have found them to be pleasant, patient and responsive to my inquiries and requests, and I have found the Maintenance staff to be kind and skilled. In short, I love living here and am happy to invite family, friends and colleagues to my home in 603 Concord.

  Horrible place to live, severe health hazard and noise problems. I have lived in this building for over a year and during the past seven months have experienced more problems with noise, and loitering on the property than in any other apartment experience. There are three MAJOR issues that should encourage any reasonable person to LOOK ELSEWHERE before leasing an apartment here: 1.) Because of the Urgent Care on the first floor of the building, the apartment’s parking lot and front door area is constantly filled with people in line for Covid testing, creating a severe health hazard for people in this building. 2.) The building seems to be turning into some type of student housing: Minors (18 and under) living alone in the building cause serious noise problems all hours of the night, as well as music (as in band members in an apartment) being played every afternoon around 3 until 7 in the evening. 3.) Unfortunately there are several homeless persons who stay in proximity of the liquor story across the street by sleeping in the entrance way of the lobby. There are several people currently in this building who have voiced the same complaints and I will be encouraging them to write their own reviews. Important to note that my partner and I have contacted management several times via phone and email (with an easily verified paper trail) and have not had any of the aforementioned issues resolved. Management responding to this review accusing me of lying is simply unacceptable and speaks for itself as to the quality of service and respect that this company fails to provide its lease holders. All of the positive reviews I have read concerning this complex have clearly been written by the management, as evidenced by the only other review from those accounts being for other Acorn properties. Caveat emptor.
