  An update: My emails continue to not be responded to after weeks. The girl at the front office is argumentative, aggressive, disrespectful. I asked for her to email the Property Manager to email me, and she refused and kept cutting me off on the phone, and then when I said I would email my concerns she finally agreed to email the Property Manager. I am not sure if Eagle Rock is trying to lose residents but it seem to be their goal. The only bright spot is Dean who maintenance man who is always so friendly and goes above and beyond to help everyone.

  I think Sam is new, but he’s already very helpful. Anytime I need something he takes care of it right away. Great service!

  Dean Martin responded very quickly to a flood we had in our home after hours. He was here within minutes, got us a plumber within an hour, and stayed until the situation was resolved even though it was late at night and took a few hours.

  We had a very hectic move-in when we got here, but thanks to the management team we were able to get settled smoothly. They are eager to help and ensure a great living environment!

  Maintenance team provided a quick turnaround on a plumbing issue and were polite while I handled a work call from home!
