Ali consistently goes above and beyond the standard duties of her job. She has personally helped me find packages, and when I had surgery, she was incredibly kind and helpful, even delivering items directly to my apartment. That level of personal support and care is extraordinary. Furthermore, she does an outstanding job coordinating resident activities, which really helps foster a strong sense of community. Ali is always pleasant, professional, and greets everyone with a warm smile. She is an invaluable asset to this complex!

The front office staff are attentive and take a personal initiative to help any issues as well as proactively seeking new ways to improve the quality of the property and how to bring the community together with events. Summer BBQ with the best catering , Resident pool party , Plant workshops with Aly, Game nights , Holiday events and overall making the place feel like home. I dont think there is anywhere in Massachusetts where you’ll get a property manager and staff who are understanding and reasonable as they are. Melvin and Sasha did the impossible at times and for that i say thank you.

They helped us through every step of the move in process and are always so kind and helpful. It’s refreshing when you walk into the leasing office and you are greeted by name and with a smile. Thank you all very much and we are looking forward to all the upcoming events and getting to know the area more.
