The staff was warm, attentive, and made us feel very welcome, especially with the thoughtful detail of having our room ready early in the morning upon arrival. The service overall was outstanding, and the way the hotel treats children is very special. They are truly taken into account, with little surprises such as secret rooms with toys or candies that open with special keys, both in the lobby and on the guest floors, a wonderful touch. For families with young children, this hotel in Boston is perhaps the best option. The breakfast experience could be enhanced Overall, a wonderful stay, a hotel with heart, and without a doubt our hotel in Boston.
- DDDanAug 23, 20254.0Hotel is awesome in all aspects but breakfast stuff doesn't belong to the place, all but one person are slow, lazy and like tired in the beginning of the day. If you are with kids, check the search challenge, love that kind of creativity. Rooms are a bit small, but i find it ok. You can check if something with a park view exist for booking
