  Great place live! Bobby, Mike and Sid are the best!! They address any issues quickly and always check back in to make sure all is well. Absolutely 5 stars for these guys!

  Everyone at Atrio was incredibly kind, and fostered a great living environment for the three years I lived there. Management and maintenance were very responsive and prompt, and provided great communication when needed. Loved the new amenities as well. All of the Atrio apartments are in a great area close to multiple colleges, Fenway park, Newbury, and more. Would 100% recommend!

  The staff wasn't that friendly or very accommodating. Lots of residents smoke weed in their units, which ruins the atmosphere of the place and makes it smell bad. Rent is high for these drawbacks. Wasn't terrible, but would not live here again.

  I cannot express my sincere and thanks to Management and team at Burbank apartment starting from the top management, Jamila, Tim and Brandon, following maintenance Bob and his crew Robert Mike, and the 3 new employees, customer service at its best. Thank you very much. Keep doing a great job.
