  Notice that all the positive reviews are about the tours and how friendly the front desk are. Of course they're friendly during tours and helpful. Their one goal is to try and get people to sign a lease. No reviews are actually from people who live here or talk about their experience. I've talked to management about very basic items a few times already and nothing gets done. The grounds are littered, the dog waste containers are always full and it takes forever for the grounds crew to pick this up even though management claims they are doing "daily checks"...this can't be true. The trash receptacles are always blocked since people like to dump their trash in front of the containers instead of throwing their trash away. If you need a maintenance in your apartment...forget about it. Maintenance requests go ignored until you either physically call the office or show up and let them know you have a request in. They act like they don't see it or provide excuses for why its taking so long. The package delivery is an absolute zoo. There is little organization, its difficult to find packages, and often times packages get lost and misplaced. We've had to resort to getting deliveries to family close by so things don't go missing. These are all items that I have brought to the attention of management both in person and email. Its hard to highlight anything positive about the Villas. If you're looking to rent here, I'd look elsewhere.

  We have lived in this building for almost 10 years, and it used to be fine — but since the new management took over last year, everything has gone downhill badly. They still call this place “luxury,” but it couldn’t be further from the truth. The elevator breaks constantly — usually 7–10 days almost every month. Sometimes it stops working for several days in a row. Every time we report it, they say they’re “fixing it,” but it keeps happening. This is especially stressful for elderly residents and anyone who needs a wheelchair or can’t keep walking up and down the stairs. The trash room is always messy, overflowing with boxes and garbage on the floor. The building grounds are dirty too — trash everywhere, nobody picks it up. At one point there was a dead mouse outside for days, slowly decomposing, and nobody bothered to remove it. Inside the building, the hallways are dented and damaged. Management did a few “patches,” but they never painted over them, so everything still looks unfinished and dirty. The elevator itself is usually filthy. In the summer, the AC in the common areas is turned off. The air feels heavy and suffocating — walking up the stairs or getting out of the elevator feels awful because there is no fresh air. Our A/C broke. Someone came at midnight, pretended they “fixed it,” and told us it would be okay. The next day we were told they already knew it was broken and needed a plumber. So we were basically lied to. When we talk to management, they just say “I hear you” — but nothing changes. No urgency. No respect. No accountability. After many years of living here, it is heartbreaking to see how neglected and mismanaged this building has become. We are extremely disappointed and frustrated — and I would not recommend living here.

  We recently moved at River Pointe at Den Rock and we love it. The community is well maintained and the personell at the management office are very pleasant and professional

  My partner and I toured several communities in the Billerica and Burlington areas, and the hospitality and care we received at Villas was unmatched by far. Kyle was an excellent leasing agent to work with. He was incredibly personable and thoughtful, allowing us to tour the community twice and answering a plethora of questions we threw his way, all with a smile on his face. We ultimately went in a different direction simply due to location-based needs, but I can assure you that had we moved into this community, I feel fairly confident based on our interactions with everyone there that we definitely would have been taken care of. Totally recommend giving Villas at Old Concord a shot!

  I had a great tour with Kyle. He was friendly, informative, and answered all of my questions clearly. The complex has really nice amenities, and the apartment layouts and sizes were better than I expected. Overall, it was a positive experience and very helpful for my search. Thank you Kyle!
