With that being said I first want to say we have been at Rolling Green for a couple years now and have recently resigned a lease. We have one of many 3br units that last year were going for 1800 per month. When it came time to resign they told us rent had unfortunately gone up to 1930! ( For the same place) We figured that was just the new going rate for everyone so we agreed. Now for the good part, not even two full months later they were and are still offering the same 3brs for 1500per month that’s right 1500! We brought this up to the main office assuming it would be only fair to offer their loyal renters the great rate that all new tenants were receiving to our surprise that was not the case. We were pretty much told we were out of luck and in order to get any sort of saving we needed to spend thousands to switch apartments. So now we and others who resigned before this price change are locked in at this outrageous rate for the remainder of the lease. Does that sound like management company you want to give your money to? Do your self a favor and take a good look around Amherst at other great housing opportunities you will not be disappointed.
