- JCJenny CussonJul 22, 20245.0Me and my husband had a wonderful two years here. We are sad to leave but we have to relocate for a job promotion. We highly recommend Rolling Green if you're looking to live in Amherst. We lived in one of the renovated townhouses which was lovely, there are plenty of parking spaces for your household and guests. There is plenty of space for all your things and the included heat/AC saved us in the winter/summer. We love how all utilities are included in the rent (except Internet and phone) and the area is pet friendly. For the most part it is a quiet community except for when college students are here for the school year, but even then noise levels are not a persistent issue. The maintenance staff is friendly and quick to respond to requests so you can be sure that your apartment will stay in great shape. I would ignore old reviews of this place from 10+ years ago because management has changed since then. Heidi and Zuleyka do a great job communicating with tenants, and they host family friendly events for the tenants almost every month.

I made the huge mistake to not pay attention to the comments below, now I am paying the price in stress and aggravation because of the management office. Fortunately It is simple, look somewhere else and don't make RG an option. This will help them understand that they aren't professionals and the public as well as their residents are no longer interested in their business. They bring the lease up whenever there is a problem so therefore they make us feel like we signed away our souls for however long we made the lease agreement for. PLEASE DO NOT SIGN.
