- KWKathy Wilson4 days ago1.0I did an application through a lender and they sent my information to Clayton homes..I was contacted on a Saturday by Somer Taylor who sent me a price saying they could be a previous price and confirmed with a manager Lydia Robertson claiming they would throw in a 5 year home warranty ant no cost ..all lies when I went in that same day and left everything changed I was told I had to wait on final price based on mover coming out to look at my land and do a site evaluation..I was told I had to pay a deposit..no problem..she didn't tell me anything else when I went there I asked her to get my file so I could see where we were with the process..well all of a sudden I dont have any kind of folder but I took them my w2s ..check stubs..id..and land agreement but yet I have no folder even after they had a guy come out to do an estimate..how funny they wouldn't even tell me that..says home price is based on when mover go out to see my spot to do a site evaluation...worst thing I ever seen..my lender was waiting on home appraisal so I could close..I DO NOT ADVISE ANYBODY TO GO THERE
