- TQTeresa QuitanoJun 6, 20255.0We absolutely loved living here!!! Our apartment was so beautiful and well maintained, the staff from the front office to the maintenance crew were awesome!! They really care about the whole complex. Living here was nice and quiet, away from all the noise, with a golf course right out front. The pool area to the gym were perfect, you can even bbq by the pool. Shout out to Ms. Kimberly in the front office and Mr. Ronnie from maintenance, they were so friendly and made our 5 year stay at Greenbriar wonderful.

From the very beginning of my leasing process to the day I moved out, Kimberly, the complex’s manager, was simply amazing. She was incredibly attentive, professional, and genuinely cared about making everything as smooth and stress-free as possible. No matter what I needed, Kimberly was always quick to respond and went above and beyond to ensure I felt welcomed and supported throughout my time there. The maintenance team was also outstanding, especially Ronnie, the maintenance manager. Although not needed often since we never had maintenance issues, he was always friendly, positive, and incredibly quick to handle any repairs or maintenance things. It's rare to find a place where both the management and maintenance teams are so dedicated and personable. To add, the pickleball courts and swimming pool were always clean and never crowded. We will miss Greenbrier and the memories we’ve made here.

Management handled hurricane Ida with an amazing level of professionalism. The communication between management and residents during that time blew me away. I'm sad that I'm moving out of the area!
