I love how the staff are always polite, pleasant to work with and professional, grounds are always maintained and the one work order I had was attended to promptly. Living close to the school is a plus and all the shopping and restaurants are super close! I am definitely happy to be here!

The community is impeccably maintained, with a strong emphasis on cleanliness and upkeep. Maintenance requests are handled promptly and efficiently, ensuring that residents never have to deal with prolonged inconveniences. The property manager, Shawn, is an exceptional leader who is not only diligent but also highly responsive. She goes above and beyond to assist residents while effectively overseeing the operations of the premises. Her proactive approach, coupled with a dedicated and professional workforce, ensures that all services are rendered swiftly and efficiently. Beyond the exceptional management, the community offers great accessibility, making commuting and daily errands hassle-free. The apartment units themselves are notably spacious, providing residents with ample living space compared to many other communities in the area. There are quarterly maintenance and related inspections for which they need to enter apartment which is okay for me. Overall, this apartment community offers a well-balanced combination of convenience, comfort, amenities and excellent management, making it a highly desirable place to live.
