The community is impeccably maintained, with a strong emphasis on cleanliness and upkeep. Maintenance requests are handled promptly and efficiently, ensuring that residents never have to deal with prolonged inconveniences. The property manager, Shawn, is an exceptional leader who is not only diligent but also highly responsive. She goes above and beyond to assist residents while effectively overseeing the operations of the premises. Her proactive approach, coupled with a dedicated and professional workforce, ensures that all services are rendered swiftly and efficiently. Beyond the exceptional management, the community offers great accessibility, making commuting and daily errands hassle-free. The apartment units themselves are notably spacious, providing residents with ample living space compared to many other communities in the area. There are quarterly maintenance and related inspections for which they need to enter apartment which is okay for me. Overall, this apartment community offers a well-balanced combination of convenience, comfort, amenities and excellent management, making it a highly desirable place to live.

THE DEPOSIT IS NONREFUNDABLE! THESE PEOPLE WILL SMILE AT YOU AND LIE CONSISTENTLY AND TRUMP UP CHARGES FROM NOWHERE! AND DONT ALLOW THEM TO MOVE YOU ON THE SECOND FLOOR YOU CAN LITERALLY HEAR THE PEOPLE ABOVE YOU FART! COMPLAINING TO THE OFFICE IS A WASTE OF YOUR TIME!THEY WILL NOT ANSWER THE PHONES AND HIDE FROM YOU! WE FOLLOWED ALL THE RULES DESPITE SEEING OTHERS DO WHATEVER AND WERE CHARGED WITH ANY AND EVERYTHING! THE NIGHTMARE BEGUN WHEN WE PROPERLY INFORMED THEM THAT WE WERE MOVING OUT, EVERY DAY FROM THAT MOMENT ON THERE HAS BEEN NON-STOP BS! WE OPTED TO PAY FOR THE CLEANING, WHICH WAS AN ADDITONAL 350 ON TOP OF THE PRORATED RENT, WHICH WAS DAMN NEAR 1000.00 DOLLARS! WE HAVE BEEN AWAY FROM THIS PLACE FOR NEARLY 6 MONTHS ! WE CALLED FOR THE FINAL BILL AND WAS TOLD BY ERICA, WHICH WE FOUND WAS TEMPORARY THAT OUR FINAL BILL WAS POSTED ON THE SITE, WE GOT A ANOTHER BILL TODAY THAT STATES THAT WE STILL OWE MORE MONEY! THE CHARGES WE RECEIVED WERE NEARLY 1600 DOLLARS DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE! I HAVE LIVED IN CHEAPER PLACES AND NEVER RECEIVED THIS TYPE OF NONSENSE!
