  If I could give this apartment complex zero stars and still leave a review I would. Dealing with the staff of this apartment complex is like being in an unhealthy relationship. Countless rounds of lying, gaslighting, manipulation, and weaponized incompetence. Between the frequent staff turn over, horrible customer service, and poor upkeep of the grounds living here feel like hell on earth. Management is the most unprofessional creation known to man. This speaks to the unprofessional behaviors exhibited by staff. I moved out of my apartment in July of 2025. Apparently during this time there was a large staff turn over and my paperwork got “lost” in transition. This resulted in a fraudulent balance being placed on my account that has taken months to clear up due to the incompetence of management and staff. Getting in touch with anyone that can actually get something done is impossible because no one EVER answers the phone. Emails also go unanswered and when confronted with evidence it’s excuse after excuse. Repairs are just cheap patchwork projects that cause more damage. Save your time and money and run FAR away. I don’t care if you’re trying to save money or just starting out, RUN. Save yourself the disappointment, stress, and headache.

  I have loved every minute of living here at the Mayfair. Along with the property being absolutely beautiful and peaceful, the community of people are very respectful. I have a daughter who’s an only child. She has felt very safe and open to exploring her new home and possibly finding new friends here. The move in experience was very smooth compared to previous wait times of cleaning times time for move in. My showing manager may have been the best part of it all. From the start of the process she was kind and gentle regarding any decisions made. I have felt welcomed and supported since move in date. I would recommend anyone to start a life here with their family. First home or last, This place will not disappoint.

  The property I toured looked absolutely fantastic—clean, well maintained, and thoughtfully designed in a way that made it feel welcoming and comfortable right away. Every detail seemed carefully considered, from the layout to the overall atmosphere, and it genuinely exceeded my expectations. On top of that, my experience was made even better by Jenna, who was amazing as a leasing consultant. She was knowledgeable, professional, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process, answering all my questions with ease and making me feel confident and at home. Her friendly attitude and genuine enthusiasm truly stood out and made the visit memorable.
