- TOTrizzy OliverMar 8, 20231.0These are slump lord apartments I lived here for almost 9yrs and this place has had over 6 different management companies I wouldn’t recommend anyone to stay here there’s no way you can reach nobody for maintenance issues water problems mold infested and horrible management

(gave it to Latoya the manager) a month went by & nobody helped. I woke up today with the leakage being bigger it looks like the ceiling is about to collapse. I have a 3 week old & this is unacceptable!
- SFShante FinchApr 8, 20191.0These apartment or not up to part my sister live in these apartments and she been here only a month and rats are in her apartment carpet dirty air be going out possum be in front the door trying get in her house and the property manager ms karen not doing anything about it and she have 2 small babies and the rat ran across her baby feet I will never recomend anyone else to stay in there apartments again
