- DRDnae RandolphJan 2, 20251.0DO NOT RENT from this property management group: The Rylan or The Laurents. I have only been here 6months and plan on breaking lease. The rent is not fixed and increases every single month upward $1600. The Sewer and Water Bill is over $200 each bill, regardless if you live alone or not, it is community based, mind you our apartment complex is empty of residents. No one ever answers the phone #s provided for office. I have called; I have emailed nobody responds. If you are looking for a new place avoid these apartments, all though they are renovated you can find much better in the city. Save your family and self the hassle.!

(gave it to Latoya the manager) a month went by & nobody helped. I woke up today with the leakage being bigger it looks like the ceiling is about to collapse. I have a 3 week old & this is unacceptable!
