  PLEASE READ!!! Please don't move at this complex. I just seen them on Fox 8 morning news 10/8/25. The tenants have been living at this apartment complex without water & AC for weeks & can't contact management. These people are living in deplorable conditions. Please google news article to see for yourself. This is WRONG.

  If I could give zero stars, I would. The Maxwell has some of the worst management I’ve ever dealt with. We’ve been without water and a/c for TWO WEEKS, and somehow they still expect us to pay full rent like nothing’s wrong. No running water means no shower, no cooking, no flushing toilets — and no answers. Management lied and said it was a gas leak, but it turns out it was a billing issue, and I even watched the water company come out and pull the meter from the ground. That’s how bad it is. Now, I’m being forced to move out with my 1-year-old baby because the apartment is too hot and unsanitary for him to be in. No parent should have to deal with this. Management has shown zero urgency, zero compassion, and zero accountability. No rent adjustment. No communication. Just complete neglect. If you’re considering moving here — don’t. Save yourself the stress, money, and trauma. This place is not worth it.

  If a negative was possible I would rate it negative 5 stars bc we have been out of water and no air conditioning going on 3 days now no one is available no one answers the phone and I have small children I have had to stay in a hotel just to protect my kids this is ridiculous

  I WISH I COULD GIVE 0 STAR TO THIS COMPLEX BUT SINCE I HAVE TO WRITE A REVIEW I WILL ONLY PUT ONE STAR. I CURRENTLY LIVE IN MAXWELL BUT I'M ABOUT TO LEAVE SINCE MY RENT IS UP. I HAD A YEAR OF NIGHTMARE IN THIS PLACE AND ALL THE BAD REVIEWS ARE TRUE ! THIS PLACE IS A PURE GARBAGE AND IS INFESTED OF RATS AND ROACES. THERE IS NO AC AND NO HEAT I HAD NO WATER FOR 3 DAYS AND I STILL DON'T HAVE WATER RIGHT NOW. THE PRETTY POOL THAT YOU ARE ACTUALLY SEE ON THEIR WEBSITE IS ACTUALLY A LIAR. YOU ALL SHOULD LOOK AT THE PICTURES AND JUDGE TO YOURSELF. PLEASE HELP YOURSELF AND SAVE YOUR TIME AD MONEY......... DO NOT STAY IN THIS PLACE !

  It’s so hard to get in touch with office staff. I been trying for a month and a half. I have tried email, chat online on their website, text message, phone call and even type up a letter and brought it to their office. When I did the letter was told someone will email me back about the lease but nobody did in 2 weeks. All I’m trying to do is to renew my lease. When I call all I get is an automatic message and it repeats multiple times then my call gets hung up on. Now it won’t take my rent online, probably because my lease wasn’t renewed. Please answer your phone or respond to email. I’m trying to pay my rent. I have never been late paying rent and I never want to.
