  The staff (Ms.Janika)was very helpful and made the application process easy. I highly recommend asking for Ms.Janika she has knowledge of everything needed to complete the application to get approved. I would recommend this apartment to anyone.

  Where do I begin. The website advertises 2 pools. Neither of these pools have been functional during the year that we've lived here and neighbors who've lived here for longer say the same. One is completely boarded over with wood while the other is an alarming shade of green. Their fitness centers have also been locked up. There was a several week period where there was maybe two or three working washers for the entire apartment complex between all the laundry facilities. Temperatures expected to hit the 20s° this week & we haven't had working heat or AC in our unit since the beginning of November (currently January), but management also strictly prohibits the use of space heaters? Guess we'll freeze. Several of our work orders in the last year have never been fulfilled. Our balcony door has not locked the entire time we've been here, as our doors somehow got missed during the renovations before we moved in. Half the blinds for the door were missing so we've enjoyed having our living space displayed to the parking lot and neighbors the whole time. I've never had a screen in my window. Our unit is one of the only in the building to be rented out right now because all of the surrounding units are completely gutted and undergoing renovations. Seriously, why even bother renting it out. Pictures have fallen off the walls from the banging. There's rats running around the buildings because trash has been left out on the walkways & balconies. A neighbor had her windows leaking and flooding her bedroom constantly before she left. Multiple apartments throughout the building had asbestos warnings on the doors & construction crews were wearing surgical masks (or no mask at all).. After all this they expect us to renew our lease for near $1400 a month. Glad to be getting out of here.

  Please by all means whomever looking to move here don’t you will pay rent to get lied to and zero to no communication with anyone that sits in that office and that’s if they are there you have to call a million times email a million times or pop up and hope someone’s there. The ac and heat never works they lie and say it’s fix when it’s not you can put any however many work orders they either never get for filled or a day or so goes by and things are back broke again. They always say we have someone coming out today to resolve the problem. I’ve spent more nights at friends and family homes because either I don’t have ac, heat, and some times hot water to shower for two week including thanksgiving I had no hot water.

  I wish I could add a negative star but who ever invented this outlet of rating had a heart and didn't want to severely humiliate losers such as these people. EVERYTHING THAT CAN POSSIBLY BE WRONG WITH AN APARTMENT IS GEARED UP TO THE 3RD^. If you come across this place and think it may be a suitable place to live, consider living in a dumpster behind your favorite bar you'd be happier there I promise!
