I have a friend who has been living here since last year. He has been without the following: Hot water, air conditioner. No pool or work out room as advertised. Mold and water damage in units. Trash all over the complex. People selling and doing drugs outside on the premises. This place needs to be on the news for negligence.

Gina and Jeff from hills and associates knows that these apartments have problems and they're not worried about fixing any of it. Because all they wanna do it's just collect money. They've
that the AC and the hot water has been out for a minute, but neither one of them has contact me back or try to even email me. To let me know anything about them. Fixing the problem. Or having the problem fixed. Miss Jeannette told me to contact Jeff. Just told me nothing.. and I wish I could have posted this without hitting a star.Because I don't want to give them a star.T because there is no start, no swimming pools. No work out room.No activity area for the kids, no.Decent washington dryers just nasty filthy

Where do I begin. The website advertises 2 pools. Neither of these pools have been functional during the year that we've lived here and neighbors who've lived here for longer say the same. One is completely boarded over with wood while the other is an alarming shade of green. Their fitness centers have also been locked up. There was a several week period where there was maybe two or three working washers for the entire apartment complex between all the laundry facilities. Temperatures expected to hit the 20s° this week & we haven't had working heat or AC in our unit since the beginning of November (currently January), but management also strictly prohibits the use of space heaters? Guess we'll freeze. Several of our work orders in the last year have never been fulfilled. Our balcony door has not locked the entire time we've been here, as our doors somehow got missed during the renovations before we moved in. Half the blinds for the door were missing so we've enjoyed having our living space displayed to the parking lot and neighbors the whole time. I've never had a screen in my window. Our unit is one of the only in the building to be rented out right now because all of the surrounding units are completely gutted and undergoing renovations. Seriously, why even bother renting it out. Pictures have fallen off the walls from the banging. There's rats running around the buildings because trash has been left out on the walkways & balconies. A neighbor had her windows leaking and flooding her bedroom constantly before she left. Multiple apartments throughout the building had asbestos warnings on the doors & construction crews were wearing surgical masks (or no mask at all).. After all this they expect us to renew our lease for near $1400 a month. Glad to be getting out of here.

Been out of a washer and dryer room since the electrical fire. It’s been almost a year we recently just got off of generators back to a power grid.ac units go out every other month ( we should have got a discount on rent since it says in the lease they have to uphold a livable environment)but trust me they wanted all the rent money on the 1st. half of the residents on my side of the complex moved out do to unlivable conditions . I don’t think y’all realize how it is to sleep in a 96 degree house in the summer with no ac unit. THEY DONT FIX PROBLEMS. Apartments leak during rain. Maintenance takes forever and they don’t fix things right. I filed a maintenance request for mold in my bathroom they sprayed over it with chemicals. I have asthma and children this is unacceptable. Just do yourself a favor and find a place where they actually care about tenants instead of their money.
