Kym has over 23 years of real estate experience with Century 21 Mike D. Bono & Co.’s. Specializing in both Residential & Commercial Real Estate. Born and raised in Southwest Louisiana she always knew her purpose was to help others achieve their goals. She started working in sales at her family business when she was 10 yrs old, by age 15 she was waitressing while earning her LPN degree and by age 19 she worked in pediatrics & the NICU with critical babies. She knew she wanted to do more to help others so in 1996 she started working by day as a realtor and soon Kyms passion and love for Real Estate and all the amazing people she met won her over she had found her calling. Kyms devoted to helping her customers and clients buy and sell their homes, land, business, investments property and more. From planning and developing subdivisions, new construction of homes helping builders with floorplans, style, and color schemes, to relocation. “The most fulfilling thing for me is helping people with one of the largest decisions they’ll make. My husband and I are first time home buyers and Kym was the selling agent on the home we were under contract on. To make a very long story short, Kym took her sweet time to get back to our realtor about necessary decision making on the details of the house (11 days to be exact) and she was slacking largely in her department as far as being on top of her game with the builders of the house; basically her feet dragging ended up ruining this experience for us! It has been a nightmare since she was involved and I would never want anyone to go through what we have with her. She’s unprofessional, unresponsive (unless it’s at 10:40 on a Saturday night!) and down right dirty. I find it VERY difficult to believe that this woman has any legit awards under her real estate belt. She most definitely did not earn those awards wholeheartedly nor did she earn them due to excellent, or even lukewarm, service! I advise everyone and anyone against being involved with this agent in every way possible.
