  This apartment complex is trash!!!! I called the corporate office and I guess they didn’t refer my case. I moved in October 31st 2025 as an 18 year old and was put into a unit that I wasn’t showed at all! The unit I was shown was up to par the roof didn’t have water damage or mildew etc etc. Once I got the keys and signed my lease the lady showed me the unit i was given and I recorded a tiktok that went VIRAL the day i moved in and in the comments the people were telling me to look at the roof i ignored every comment because i didn’t think it was serious but i was WRONG, but within the time i resided there i took pictures and recorded and uploaded each photo and video to a file on my laptop. Well guess what? When it rained the roof would leak and etc the front room and bathroom. Then the living room roof had growing mold. The unit just looked liked paint been sprayed over it over and over and over again as well as the roof it’s self. The bathroom had soft spots in the roof and it was just horrible!!! Once my boyfriend realized the roof was leaking I called the maintenance line and left a voice message just to never get a call back and my partner was asking when were they coming to do something about the fridge and roof well i couldnt answer him because i had kept calling and leaving voicemails and hadn’t gotten a call back. It was hard for me to go inside the office because I’m an full time manager so my schedule was kinda full. But moving into the unit I was buying groceries and the bottom of every item was spoiling because the bottom wouldn’t get cold but the top worked fine! I addressed this to the maintenance people and he said he was going to look but he never did so and I was ordering take out all the way until December yet with no groceries in my household at all!!!! To top off the whole problem as well.. The air wasn’t working and I’ve called the maintenance number once again and nothing was done about it. So I gave up. I packed and left the unit completely because I was thinking about going through the state to break my lease but me being pregnant and staying in a unit that wasn’t well prepared for me to move in was a complete red flag for me and i didn’t want to deal with the stress and fees. especially if the rent was $736. The TikTok I recorded has 3.5 Million Views, 437.8K Likes, and 835 Comments, 21.2K Shares, as well as over 1.3k threads telling me to address the maintenance about the water damage because you could see something was wrong with the roof from the jump. When I was shown the “for show unit” I met Miss R. Rhine i believe thats her name she was so sweet and caring and the unit I was shown I had took videos of it as well but that’s not the unit i was given. She gave me tips about student discounts, if the appliances was up to date i’ll have $100 off rent, etc etc etc. But when I moved sadly she had left. (I realized they couldn’t keep a property manager if they wanted to) Oct 31st It was one Lady then a week later it was a man then a couple days later it was another lady. I wouldn’t recommend this complex to anyone.
