  I am loving living in my apartment at silo creek! The property is beautiful and the staff is always so friendly and helpful! Andrea, Toni, and Bailey are amazing!! Best apartment in Lafayette, hands down :)

  Silo creek is such a beautiful property and I have been enjoying living here. It’s the perfect location, near everything. It feels like living at a resort, everything is so nice. Andrea, Toni and Baylie are always so friendly and helpful anytime I need something. The maintenance staff is on it and quick to respond to any issue. Ten out of ten recommend!!

  I am 72, a widower and moved to an apartment in Silo Creek in November. It's the second apartment complex I have lived in since retiring in 2021 and selling my house in Baton Rouge in 2021. So far, so good. Design of one-bedroom apartment is perfect. They made the most of the space and it is comfortable. All new top quality kitchen appliances and washer/dryer and a first-class, well-equipped gym. Lots of other amenities, like daily valet garbage pickup outside your door every morning and a lovely, well-secured pool next to the office that I'm looking forward to using in a few weeks. Plus, in walking distance to a busy, commercialized area near Ambassador Caffery and Kaliste Saloom Road, where there are lots of stores and restaurants. It is not inexpensive, but you get what you pay for so dealing with it. Wild card, as with any apartment complex, is what kind of neighbors you get. So far no problems, but I'm on the first floor (units have three floors) and I don't think anyone has moved in yet to the apartment directly above me.

  Did not honor their “move in special” as stated in their email, elected to refund amounts paid instead. Stopped answering calls when they realized their mistakes and got called out on it. It’s been 4 months and still no refunds. I wouldn’t live here if you paid me, save yourself the trouble. Everyone in upper management’s voicemail is full so that’s useless as well since they don’t answer.
