In fact, at my last apartment, I gave a homeless guy $10 and saw him in the news a few days later for punching a person to death at the Chili's on 45th and Lamar. At least they don't have that here. It's very nice by comparison. Have not really had any issues with the location or apartment. I parked a $65,000 BMW M3 here for the first four months of my lease and never had any issues.

She was warm, informative, and made me feel confident about leasing here. She’s the reason I came back on Monday ready to sign. Unfortunately, the experience with the property manager was the complete opposite. There was no greeting, no “welcome back,” no offer to sit—no warmth at all. I explained I was ready to move forward with the unit I toured at $1,027 just two days prior. She ignored what I said and robotically recited a new price breakdown, stating the unit was now $1,184, with no explanation, no consideration, and no effort to discuss options. I wasn’t upset about the price change—I understand rates can shift. What disappointed me was the lack of customer service. No effort to help, no interest in retaining a ready-to-lease renter, and no professionalism. It felt like I was inconveniencing her just by being there. It’s unfortunate that a manager would create such a negative experience after the leasing agent did everything right. It completely changed my decision to move forward here. I’m new to Louisiana and this was my first negative experience—hopefully management sees this, because no future resident should feel ignored or dismissed when they walk in ready to sign.

They steal your vehicles for no good reason & hold it hostage for an exorbitant fee. This tow company will tow visitor & resident cars. Then they are very rude, when go to get it back.
