He is unbelievably hardworking, never takes a day off, and is always the first one to step up whenever something needs to be done. Jay consistently goes above and beyond, not just checking things off a list, but making sure everything is done correctly, safely, and with pride. His dedication shows in every repair, every follow-up, every detail he refuses to overlook. You can tell he genuinely cares about the residents and the property. Honestly, Jay deserves so much more than just recognition, he deserves a raise, a promotion, and serious consideration for an Assistant Manager or full Manager position. He already carries himself like leadership. He pushes his limits, handles every challenge, and keeps this place running smoothly without hesitation. Ansley Walk is truly lucky to have someone like Jay. He is the definition of dependable, hardworking, and committed.

Mrs. Joanell was so kind and helpful and you could tell she loves her job. And that she loves people. She made us want to live here. She was very patient while we looked around and she answered all our questions and addressed any concerns. This seems like a very nice complex. We hope to live here soon.
