  RUN DO NOT AND I REPEAT DO NOT LEASE HERE! TRUDY IS HORRIBLE . . .lies about everything . . . Maintenance- hah ..thats a joke! Nothing ever gets fixed and they are never here... there are roaches in the wall ... Who ever actually owns this place - apparently hasn't visited... I've been here for about 6/7months and it was a huge mistake . . . Trudy fixes what she wants to fix and doesn't care.

  No one actually works at their office! My boyfriend lives there and I have stopped by for a tour 20 of the last 30 days during their business hours without a soul in sight. I have called dozens of times and no one has ever answered. He said he's only seen the new woman there once a couple months ago and that she was "the rudest person he's met in this lifetime" so maybe they got rid of her but they need to stop saying the office is open if no one's working there!

  If i could put no stars i would. The manager Ms. Trina have ugly ways. She evicted me for "non payment of rent" when Smiles was willing to put $3,000 down on my rent.. She just had to be the person to pick up the payment. Im 19 years old right now. How could you do somebody like that when you have kids on your own. Her son lives in the apartment complex as well. He was at Smiles around the same time I was there and he currently lives back there.. Most likely for free but thats just to show you how she have ugly ways with me for absolutely nothing.. smh I never did this women anything but god dont sleep he goinh deal with her but PLEASE dont move there she doesnt care at all.. also i moved in an apartment with no air and had to pay a vender to fix it myself because it was taking her to long send somebody to fix it.. it was about 2 weeks I went without Ac in the summer. I would not recommand these apartments to nobody as long as TRINA G is in the office

  I've been living here 5 years, and I really like the location. It's pretty quite in this building. The only complaint I have is that the roaches are horrible, no matter how clean you might be,and although pest control comes whatever they are spraying makes them multiply. I was in one apartment and there was mold in it, there was really bad leaks, and the AC wasn't working. I have alot of medical issues so I was moved to another apartment. Been in here for 5 months now and when I first moved in here the AC wasn't working, they fixed that now the Heater isn't working. I understand that these units haven't been change in years, but something needs to be done. I'm sure management wouldn't want their family living in a place that is uncomfortable to live in. This recent cold spell we had I couldn't stay here because it was to cold. I shouldn't have to seek shelter elsewhere when I'm paying rent and on time!. Also the washing machines rarely works. But they do take your money. Having to go else where to wash is not always an option to some, and they don't have hook-ups in the apartments. So what are they to do? Like I said, I like my apartment and I would love it if the problems I've mentioned was fixed.

  Me and my 2 older sisters lived there for 5 long years while going to college... it was such wonderful experience of a safe and peaceful place , clean, well atended and Good service areas... couldn’t regret a bit.. !!, sweet memories of that time.!!
