  Rakobe Brown Unit #140. Me and my gf have really enjoyed living here, it feels peaceful, safe, and truly like home. The staff has always been kind and quick to help whenever I needed anything, which have made my experience even better.

  The only reason they get these 5 star reviews each month is because they bribe their residents with a free pizza if you leave a review Horrible manager, always give you an attitude for no reason, paint in the whole apartment where I live was peeling off, mayor leaking from the second floor to the first floor and they just fixed the problem temporarily, because was still leaking until the point the damaged my property, be aware that they will deducted anything they can from your deposit if you plan to live there, my deposit was withheld with vague explanations and questionable charges. emails were met with generic responses that did not clearly justify. One major issue was that management refused to provide the paint color used in the unit, making it impossible for me to do proper touch-ups before move-out. It felt intentional, as this directly resulted in them charging me and keeping part of my deposit. I would strongly advise future renters to document everything and be prepared for potential issues when it comes time to get your deposit back. Based on my experience, I would not rent here again.
