  I can’t say enough good things about Clayton Hammond and my sales rep Nina Perret! I had so many questions about the homes and the process, but Nina never failed to provide responses and help to me. She was very patient and supportive during my process of choosing which home would suit me best. She was always a pleasant person to work with! This team helped me find a home I was comfortable and happy with that me and my family can enjoy. If you’re looking to purchase a home I would look no further than Clayton Hammond!

  My family and I went to look at our first home. Nina was so helpful and polite and answered every question we had . We are super excited to started with the rest of the process to get our forever home. I would highly recommend anyone go in and see Nina to get your dream home.

  Great customer service when buying, however, the construction is very low quality cheap building materials and after sale they drag feet coming to fix things. Roofs often leak and floors buckle. Both me and my mom have Clayton homes and we both agree with this. Yes they have decent prices but that's for a reason
