    Been here 3 and a half months, so far so good. update 2/17/26: NEWCOMERS BEWARE, this complex will advertise LOW RENT when vacancies are high and then drop a 200-300 INCREASE on a renewal notice.

    The staff is very professional and welcoming. Absolutely best place to live in Covington. The maintenance is very quick at resolving any issues. Overall a very clean and great place to live.
