  Been here 3 and a half months, so far so good. update 2/17/26: NEWCOMERS BEWARE, this complex will advertise LOW RENT when vacancies are high and then drop a 200-300 INCREASE on a renewal notice.

  We moved to Reagan Crossing almost 3 months ago and we are absolutely loving it. The apartment is clean and updated the grounds are beautiful and the pool area is great. The best thing about this whole process has been the apartment stuff, specifically Brandon has been nothing short of amazing, kind, and absolutely incredible through the entire process listening to us and helping us through every step. We love it here and are very appreciative!

  If I could give this place 0 stars I would. If you prefer your car getting broken into, new management coming in and out every other month, maintenance workers leaving a key in your door and UNLOCKED, random people coming into our pool area, and feeling unsafe....THEN THIS IS THE PLACE FOR YOU! The apartments are covered in spiders and random bugs all the time. The time my car got broken into they couldn't do anything about it, I even asked for camera footage of the vehicles license plate--they dont even have the cameras password to look at it. They state "we do not advertise as a gated community" then explain the GATE at the front and back entry way?? You request for maintenance to come spray your apartment and they claim they come but never do, aka make sure you keep cameras in your apartment because I would know if you came or not. The buildings are fested with termites because every other month our staircase is being ripped apart from the building to clean them out. The communication skills of this place is SAD. You know the area is bad when police officers and firefighters know the area very well and make comments to you when they come on the property. I truly dont know how this place functions. Would much rather live in a box than here.

  Well kept location with minimal drama, great appliance package, big floor plans, reasonable rates. Parking can be challenging but what apartment complex is not? Sorry, I'm not a Karen life is to short

  Lived here for a few months. Had a great experience with the staff. Place has a great environment and we liked that it was close to other amenities.
