  I love, love, love living here! Every one is so nice and helpful. The young ladies in the office are so sweet! Maintenance personnel are very professional and get the job done quickly. Thanks.

  Just toured a one bed room for a friend and loved it. Staff were friendly and greeted us as soon as we walked in. We checked out all of the other apartments around our area and the reserve is the best one around. Shes looking forward to moving in!

  Had problems in the beginning that was absurd in the application process . Thanks to Ashley and Amira who have been nice & willing to help in any way possible through calls and emails . We look forward to moving in soon .

  Would you like to spend your hard earned money on astronomical rent in an apartment complex that has the ambiance of a pay by the hour motel with management whose treatment of their residents makes Hitler's treatment of people during the Holocaust seem like a pleasant experience? If so, then The Reserve of Bossier City is THE PLACE for you! If the simple fact that staff cannot even answer the phones using proper American English is not a hint...read on... You air conditioner will not work. When you call management to report that despite being set on 70 degrees, at 3:00 in the morning, during a rainstorm, you will get a snarky response like "You is upstairs. It don't suppose to git below seventy six". When you call the corporate office to report the rudeness, management will call YOU and reprimand YOU. When your refrigerator quits working and you call maintenance, they will send someone who will turn down the temperature on your fridge, thus leaving $300 worth of groceries to ruin. After complaining several times, maintenance will reluctantly replace your fridge "if it will make you feel better". While in the process of replacing your fridge, the maintenance man will in no uncertain terms hit on you, and when you attempt to make management aware of this, you will be the one that is reprimanded once again, because apparently it is perfectly acceptable for maintenance to hit on residents and when it gets reported, it is chalked up to a race issue because the resident is a different race from the maintenance man that hit on her. One of the draws of The Reserve of Bossier City is the two sparkling pools, which you would think that as a resident, you would be entitled to use as you see fit. Unfortunately, this is not so. Non residents flock to these pools like ants flock to food at a picnic. The pools are used by non residents for pool parties, and when the residents complain, management gives yet another snarky response... "we aren't going to ask you to be the pool mom". Of course not! However, I am my kids mom, and I would like them to be able to swim in a SAFE environment. If you have neighbors that have a dog that they are not supposed to have, and said canine barks and howls at all hours of the day, and you complain to management, nothing is done. Likewise, when you have neighbors in an adjacent apartment that continually beat the daylight out of each other or their children, when you complain to management, they direct you to the courtesy officer. When you call the courtesy officer, you will be told that they are not on property. The next day...you guessed it...management will reprimand YOU! The apartments are currently being renovated by transient Latino workers who stay in the vacant apartments as they are being renovated. Nothing makes you feel more safe and secure than illegal immigrants living on the property and making inappropriate sexual comments. When the residents contemplate calling la migra, the resident is once again reprimanded and labeled racist. Do yourself a favor and find a place on Sprague street, or find a crack house. You will be better off in the long run.

  I've been here over 2years I'm really disappointed with the new staff complained twice about putting another handicap parking spot in. I lam handicap and live in a handicap unit. They blew me off also on another occasion about my pet which I already had paydeposit on 2 years ago. It didn't finally get resolved until I personally had to go up to the office. The staff don't take notes or they don't put in their system one crazy.
