Lydia.. She has been awesome! She takes care of things immediately, stays on top of it until it's done. She's extremely nice! Very friendly, she talks to you as if you've known each other forever, not just our park manager, but definitely a friend to everyone!

All under the pretense that the trash pick up rate increased. Even though we cannot use the big trash bin that we pay for. Supposedly she doesn't have the key to the maintenance yard because her hired help won't give her the key. Probably because he spends most of his day in the shed asleep then rides around on the little ATV. Now they want us to use their people to maintain our lawns for a price of course. But, the park looks like crap with all the overflowing trash cans. We all know that the lot rent is going to be increased again. I did call the waste company the park uses and found out, it's a lie. I believe that somehow the money is being pocketed.

In the corporal office not here but of North the main office they will always take care of your needs and if you have any problems you can always call them and they take care of things. I'm not impressed with the manager here I hope that she gets on board as far as maintaining the whole park. But you can always call the corporate office of North and they take care of it right away they're excellent and I love them and I love living here at plantation Acres Mobile home Park. Definitely looking forward to the park to be beautiful, and presentable for anyone that drives through. Thank you maintenance man, Bobby !
