- SMSarah MyersFeb 21, 20261.0I’ve lived in this apartment complex since June, and unfortunately my experience has been nothing but stressful and disappointing. Since moving in, we’ve had around 18 different maintenance issues, and most of them were either delayed or poorly handled. The property itself feels unsafe — kids are constantly outside throwing rocks, there are domestic incidents every now and then, and overall it just doesn’t feel like a place where a family can feel secure. On top of that, the complex is dirty, poorly maintained, and far from family friendly. The office staff barely answers the phone, and when they do, they’re rude or dismissive. We’ve been trying to leave for the safety of our family, yet they still want to charge us an early lease termination fee and require a 60-day notice that has to be paid. To make things worse, because my significant other is a first responder, they now want to charge back the discount we were originally offered as part of the move-in special. Overall, this has been one of the most unprofessional and uncomfortable living situations I’ve experienced. I would not recommend this complex to anyone looking for a safe, clean, and responsive place to live.

Comes whenever you call , gets the jobs done & explain to you exactly what’s going on & how you can avoid it !!! Doesn’t rush & very friendly kind & respectful !! We’ve been here two & a half years no complaints great clean property & safe!!
