Living at The Landing at Willow Bayou has been one of the most frustrating experiences I’ve ever had with an apartment complex. We had constant issues with extremely noisy neighbors above us — loud banging, music, and disturbances like moving furniture, people having loud conversations outside my bedroom window at 3 AM when I had work at 6 AM and constantly having random people in and out of their apartment. My boyfriends son was just starting pre-k and would constantly be woken up and terrified of all the noises. Despite calling the courtesy officer multiple times, and reaching out to the front office repeatedly, absolutely nothing was done. The worst part? The property manager, Diane, made it clear that her priority wasn’t helping current tenants — it was keeping every unit filled so she could potentially “enjoy her Saturdays off.” Her attitude was dismissive and unprofessional, and it felt like tenant concerns were just an inconvenience to her. If you're looking for a place where your peace and comfort are respected, and where management actually listens to residents, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere. This place cares more about appearances than people. On another note, the property managers supervisor that works for the corporate was actually able to help us transfer to another unit without making us pay extra. I believe her name was Julie. She was the only reason I would have anything nice to say about living here.
