- RPR PJul 1, 20253.0Stayed there 5yrs. Trash compactor always went out, trash stayed piled up outside of the complex looking horrible. Washing machine & dryer kept going out and they never replaced it, just kept doing patch work even though we were paying $1800/month for 3/bedrooms. I think it’s closer to $2200/month now for the same sq/ft. They’ll use your money to make sure the property looks presentable, but don't expect things to get replaced til they know you’re moving out. Parking is very limited. Roof had a leak and they put de-humidifiers in the hallway, but never put new drywall up. Stayed like that for over 3 months until we moved out. The $450 for cleanup at the end of your lease is B/S. Doesn't cover anything. Still gonna charge you $65 for each trash bag they fill. Why give the option to pay a flat rate of $450 for cleanup, if you’re charging $65 for everything bag you filled during the cleanup? Make it make sense. Now, you might ask, why did I choose to stay there for 5 yrs? Kingston Elementary. Best Elementary school in North Bossier.

- CDCrystal DillJun 3, 20251.0Rate: 0 Horrible. When we went to move out we gave told them 2 months in advance. We then asked to do month to month for the last month till we could find a place. The lady in the office, when asked how much would it be she said “ a few extra $100. The day came for the rent to be taken out. Was charged $2,900. After moving out we were sent a bill for $800 for administration fees etc. we moved out March 31st. Swept floors clean counters etc before leaving. We were charged fees for June 1st and then another list of fees for June 3rd. 3 days after we moved out we were charged. apartment during the summer will have ants like crazy, it will be your responsibility to handle it. During the winter the cold air comes through the cracks of the window and the electrical sockets. The gates to the apartments are always broke. And the trash compactor is also always broke.
