I planned to get a place here a while back album they keep hiking their prices like by alot thats my only complaint. Pays for all the upkeep on their amenities and the yard crew is out threw every day lol

She helped me get into my apartment with so much ease and communicated back and forth with me to make sure I made my deadline. She went above and beyond to make it happen. She is an angel and deserves a raise the way she takes care of anyone who needs her. She makes it her mission to help and that's something you don't see anymore. She was a big reason of why I moved here! She's god sent and I'm lucky to have her as my leasing manager!

- KWKelly WeaverMay 5, 20162.0Very well kept premises. Office staff very nice. Maintenance men very nice and punctual. Just not a very kid friendly place to live unless your children are used to apartment living. Nice office/clubhouse but you can tell that's where your rent goes! Apartments themselves are very cheap. Unfortunately we had to rent somewhere in our children's school district and this was it. DON'T BRING YOUR PETS. $400 pet fee, not deposit, and doesn't go towards any "pet damages". They did have to replace the carpet. But they install the cheapest carpet, so even if you didn't have pets, it wears very easily. Gave two stars because it wasn't totally a bad place to live, but I would highly recommend considering other options. Rent too high for what you pay for.

It is a new community, so let's see how the influx of new neighbors moving in sways my opinion on either direction. But so far, I can confidently say that I am very happy and satisfied.
