  The Heights at Picardy is an incredible place to live. It has a variety of fun and useful amenities including billiards, a pool, human chess, etc. I particularly love that they have a dedicated working area with free coffee! Not only is it brand new and well maintained, but the service is also exceptional. Employees here go above and beyond for their residents, from the tour to moving into your new apartment. In fact, when I had a couch delivered, they even carried it up to my apartment because the delivery truck failed to do so. They also do an impressive job of building a REAL community. People actually look forward to the events they host and make meaningful connections. I’m just 2-3weeks I already made a handful of new fun connections. I highly recommend!!

  My family and I have toured three luxury apartments in the Baton Rouge area, but this was, by far, the most amazing tour we've experienced! Our tour guide, Taylor Do, who, interestingly, shares our family name, was so welcoming and has a fun and personable disposition! He was very knowledgeable and thorough when explaining the layouts, amenities (which are extensive), and the leasing process. He also assisted me with submitting my application while still at the property.The apartments, some of which are brand new, are beautiful and comfortable. The property itself is absolutely gorgeous, and we walked away with a wonderful gift and snacks, just for touring. Thank you for the wonderful experience! Have to add: The layout of each common area room was carefully thought out for the comfort of "The Heights at Picardy's" residents. It is evident that the company and employees are very " Height community (my words)" focused; they're also kind and personable. They've thought of everything from the beautiful smells in every common area room, to the espresso machine in the nicely stocked, complimentary-snack kitchen, the beautiful, resort-style pool with matching and complimentary grill sets and a beautifully lit and decorated firepit area, near. The life-size chessboard game in the garden, is one of our favorite views of this beautiful property. The two-story gym was also well thought out, complete with a staimaster and Peloton w/subscription)! There's so much I can say, but to sum it up,... awesome!

  Still under construction but we’re almost done and will be open soon, amenities areas are so cool and the rooms are nice as well normal apartment spaces, don’t know anything about the pricing but it looks pretty.
