  I recently moved into this apartment community, and overall, my experience has been average — not bad, but there are definitely areas that need improvement. To start with, the staff has been friendly and cooperative, which I appreciate. When I reported an issue with the bathtub, they responded and provided access to another unit for temporary use. While this was helpful, a more permanent and convenient solution would have been preferable. However, there are several maintenance and quality concerns that should be addressed: • Main door lock: The lock is very difficult to operate and requires excessive force, which is inconvenient and concerning from a usability standpoint. • Gym facilities: The gym is quite basic and lacks essential features. There are no lighter dumbbells (e.g., 10 lbs), the TVs are not working, there is no air conditioning, and no water facility is provided. These are basic expectations for a residential gym. • Common areas & maintenance: The entryways and surrounding areas are not well-maintained. There are often dry leaves left uncleared, and the stairs appear worn out and poorly maintained. • Apartment condition: • The kitchen is functional but feels outdated. • Window blinds do not effectively block sunlight, allowing excessive light into the room. • There is no lighting in the closet, which makes it inconvenient to use, especially at night. This is a fairly basic apartment, so I would advise prospective residents not to come in with very high expectations. That said, the community has potential, and with better maintenance and attention to detail, the overall living experience could improve significantly. I hope management takes these concerns seriously and works toward resolving them.

  I really enjoyed living at this complex. I live in a 2 bedroom, the unit was exactly as we expected all the appliances are up to date. Anna was really helpful with all the leasing details and moving in details. She was very easy to talk to and she is always friendly. Josh is also great! He is very helpful. Whenever we encounter any problems the leasing office responds very quickly and promptly. Parking is good. The maintenance team are quick and efficient! As a student, it is great living so close to campus. I get to the PFT parking lot in about 5 minutes in the mornings. Picking up packages is super easy and you can do it at your own convenience. I think it’s great for student living. Best apartment I lived in during my undergrad!

  After 2 years here, it was well worth it! I moved here in 2024 and now ending my journey here! It was well worth the experience for my very first apartment while being a student. Clear communication, shout out to the leasing team. Mrs. Holly, Mrs. Anna, and Mr. Josh in addition to the maintenance team! It has felt like home throughout these last 2 years. They are very informative when it comes to safety, making sure as a community we look after ourselves to be and look presentable. Maintenance is on point, although I only had 1 request. They get it done very early if possible and while throughout the day. Be patient it's a lot of residents who need service but when you turn comes around, you'll appreciate their service. Thank you for welcoming me and sending me off better than I came in to prepare me for more experiences to come!

  Great management, very helpful and accommodating with everything ! Had no trouble with anything. Had no pest issues in my apartment. Great value for the price. Bus stop right in front of the apartments!

  Wish I had known about this place sooner! It's a pretty quiet and safe place which I found perfect for studying. Staff is very friendly and I found myself hanging out in the housing office from time to time. Housing staff is usually good about letting their residents know what is going on within the property, whether it's gate malfunctions or low-key events in the housing office. Not to mention their move-in policies are quite flexible! Maintenance is great too! Whenever problems arose, all it took was a quick request through the housing portal and the Maintenance crew usually got it done within the same day or the next business day. Overall, I had a much better experience with this place compared to my previous apartment. I think I will be staying at least until I graduate from vet school!
