I brought awareness to it. Two days later I received the eviction notice, we went to court, and I won due to illegal misconduct. If you are black or Hispanic or anything, other than white as a race, you are not wanted, you will be evicted for no cause, my experience at being at Jefferson Oaks Apartments I have been racially discriminated against and I have reported them to the EEOC and the Better Business Bureau also filed a lawsuit

Never had any serious issues and they are very responsive to complaints! Tommy (The Landlord) always was very kind and only raised our rate 20$/mo over the course of 3 years!

Tommy, the landlord, was exceptional—always prompt and attentive to our needs. The community was very quiet and as long as you were respectful of the property and considerate of others it's a great place to be! We had a few minor issues like a faint smoke smell and German cockroaches, but they were quick to address these issues. Overall, Jefferson Oaks is a well-managed and welcoming place to live. Highly recommended!
- PKPunit KaurJul 5, 20205.0Lived there for short time but had a great experience. Moved out of state due to work but i miss quiet and safe environment of Jefferson Oaks. Wayne , Property Manager knew everyone personally and took great care of tenants. Super safe with camera recordings and monitoring. Small but cute community. It has pool, places for grilling and awesome location. So glad i got to spend time there with my husband. We were newly married and made many memories there.
