Have loved living here! Wish we could stay longer, maintenance is on top of it, and Brittany at the front office has been so amazing and helpful with any issues I ever have. Highly recommend living at evergreen, it truly is a great experience!

By far the best apartment I’ve stayed at in Baton Rouge! The staff and management are amazing! Brittany, Brooke, and Marissa made this place feel like home! Their customer service is phenomenal and the Maintence crew are very reliable and move with sense of urgency. The apartment grounds and amenities are clean and well kept along with 3 courtesy police officers. You won’t find many places where the staff goes above and beyond! This complex is definitely 10/10
Hope you like early curfews, because after 5 p.m. your parking spot might as well be on the moon. Management will swear there’s “no parking problem,” then two months later start offering “fantastic” deals on paid parking.

I was a resident of these apartments for 10 years. I am no longer a resident due to buying a house. I recently moved into my house in January. So, I had to terminate my lease and I was informed that I would get deposit back. Paid my termination fee and I was just told on last week I would not get my deposit back. Over the 10 years I have stayed there the first 2-3 years were good because of management.. Once they switched new managment and their management team it was horrible..Last year they switched management again, still no difference. I only stayed here for that long because I'm not a person that like moving from place to place.. I have lived in two different buildings here. Last year there was a shooting at the complex. I come home to yellow tape and a lot of police cars. You think management sent out an email or made phone calls letting us know there was a shooting???!!! NOPE!!! When I tell you this apartment complex has went down.. Please think twice before moving here. I loved the area, but I am so thankful I left..Also in May 2021 the apartment complex flooded so bad that I lost my car.. None of the residents received an email showing no concerns from management of their lost of cars or personal items. There were some buildings that flooded on the first floor. In 2016 for the Great Flood it didn't flood that bad over there where residents lost their cars..oh and by the way at night if you stay on the side where Top Golf is located you hear the cars racing each other up and down the street late at night and I mean late at night.. When it flood last May 2021 no one came out to check on the residents or anything.. each day after it flooded cars were leaving out on tow trucks with water leaking out of them as they were being loaded on the tow trucks.. then after all of this they were giving people boots not realizing that some of us had rental cars because our cars were gone..

By far the worst apartment I have ever rented. First let's start with the apartment itself. Move in day, the door wouldn't lock, they told me nobody was there that could fix it. I had to raise hell for new to be able to lock my door. The apartment flooded twice, neither time was my fault. It took 8 hours to get someone out the first time. 24 hour maintenance, yeah right. The entire staff has changed multiple times in the year I was there. I'm not sure if this says more about the complex or the owners. Oh, and good luck getting your deposit back when they are legally required to.
